The song was inspired by me being in a long distance relationship. I feel she's just amazing all around. Smart, funny, beautiful, caring and very understanding. If I had the opportunity to be granted the wish of what I would want as a perfect lover, I feel she would be better then anything I could have ever wished for. I often found myself thinking that what we have just seems too good to be true. So that just gave me the song idea of a person having this imaginary lover who just does nothing but good to her and stays true to they're love.
